Jake leveled out the area to the south of our patio where the picnic table has been. Then he put sand down and then we went and got some flagstone to put down. Good thing we priced it out and used math to figure out how much stone we would need. If we had bought stone from the first place we went to, we would've paid about 4x as much. So, yeah for math!
These photos are loaded up backwards (oops) but you get the gist on how he put this together. Now we have a nice place to sit and eat, without the worry of getting mud on our shoes.
We are all ready for our Sept 5th BBq now!!
