We have gotten rid of our dishwasher! We just never used it and then finally it started leaking water. So, instead of fixing it we dumped it on our front lawn for pickup and put in a big cupboard to hold baby bottles etc...
Jacob completed this job in a couple of hours. He was pretty excited about getting rid of it.

He does look remarkably happy for someone about to wash a lot more dishes :) I wish I'd known about the soapbox races- we went swimming in the Clackamas yesterday. Deliciously refreshing in this heat!
