Turducken!
It is a mystical beast, a chicken in a duck in a turkey stuffed with wild rice and raisin. All organic and all 'somewhat' cruelty free. I overcooked the turkey when I took a nap, but I it was still edible and I was rested so it didn't matter. The buns turned out perfectly.
