This Saturday it was the most beautiful day of the year. It was clear and sunny with a temperature of 70F. Everyone went crazy. We all had to get mulch and manure for our gardens. A neighbor let me use his trailer to get 3 way compost (mushroom, cow manure and yard debris). I didn't get 4 way compost, I have no idea what the 4th ingredient is! Above is a picture of a columbine I bought at Al's Garden Center when I went to get tomatoes. The picture does not do justice to it's beauty.
We planted...leeks, carrots, broccoli, peas, salad greens, arugula, radishes, beets, asparagus, poppies,and bok choi.
